I forbindelse med studieoptag på en uddannelsesinstitution under Kulturministeriet behandler vi dine personoplysninger som anført i denne politik. De individuelle uddannelsesinstitutioner er dataansvarlig med hensyn til de personoplysninger, der indsamles og behandles i forbindelse med behandling af din ansøgning.

Uddannelsesinstitutionerne behandler de oplysninger, herunder personoplysninger, som er indeholdt i din ansøgning med henblik på at evaluere din ansøgning. Institutionerne anbefaler, at din ansøgning ikke indeholder følsomme personoplysninger om fx racemæssig eller etnisk baggrund, politisk, religiøs eller filosofisk overbevisning, fagforeningsmedlemskab eller seksualitet.

Grundlaget for institutionernes behandling af dine personoplysninger er din anmodning om optagelse på en uddannelsesinstitution under Kulturministeriet.

Hvis du bliver tilbudt en studieplads, vil din ansøgning samt yderligere personoplysninger, der indsamles hos dig i forbindelse med studiestart blive gemt hos den ansøgte uddannelsesinstitutionen.

Hvis du ikke tilbydes en studieplads, opbevarer institutionen din ansøgning og eventuelle yderligere personoplysninger, der indsamles hos dig i forbindelse med ansøgningsprocessen, i en periode på 15 måneder fra optagets ansøgningsfrist.

Du kan frem til ansøgningsfristen frit tilbagekalde din ansøgning. Hvis du tilbagekalder din ansøgning efter ansøgningsfristen opbevarer uddannelsesinstitutionen af statistiske hensyn din ansøgning i 15 måneder fra det ansøgte optags frist. Hvis du ønsker at tilbagekalde et samtykke, kan du kontakte os som angivet nedenfor.

Du har ret til at få indsigt i de personoplysninger, som uddannelsesinstitutionen behandler om dig, dog med visse lovbestemte undtagelser. Du har endvidere ret til at gøre indsigelse mod indsamlingen og den videre behandling af dine personoplysninger. Derudover har du ret til at bede om, at behandlingen af dine personoplysninger begrænses, at dine personoplysninger berigtiges, såfremt dette er nødvendigt, eller at dine personoplysninger slettes i visse tilfælde. Under særlige omstændigheder kan du også bede om at få en oversigt over dine personoplysninger i et velstruktureret, almindeligt og maskinlæsbart format.

Såfremt du har søgt optag ved Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium, Det Kongelige Danske Musikkonservatorium eller Syddansk Musikkonservatorium kan dine personoplysninger blive videregivet til et af de øvrige uddannelsesinstitutioner i forbindelse med den koordinerede optagelsesprocedure på disse tre institutioner.

Såfremt du ønsker at udøve nogle af disse rettigheder, eller såfremt du har eventuelle spørgsmål vedrørende behandlingen af dine personoplysninger, er du velkommen til at kontakte den enkelte institutions DPO(Data Protection Officer), se kontaktoplysninger længere nede.

Såfremt du ønsker at klage over behandlingen af dine personoplysninger, er du velkommen til at kontakte den enkelte institution. Du har også mulighed for at indgive en klage til Datatilsynet, Borgergade 28, 5., 1300 København.

Privacy Policy

In connection with study admission at an educational institution under the Ministry of Culture, we process your personal data as stated in this policy. The individual educational institutions are responsible for the personal data collected and processed in connection with the processing of your application.

The educational institutions process the information, including personal information, contained in your application for evaluating your application. The institutions recommend that your application does not contain sensitive personal information on, for example, racial or ethnic background, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or sexuality.

The basis for the institutions' processing of your personal data is your request for admission to an educational institution under the Ministry of Culture.

If you are offered a place of study, your application as well as any additional personal information that is collected from you in connection with the start of your studies will be stored at the requested educational institution.

If you are not offered a place of study, the institution will keep your application and any additional personal information collected from you in connection with the application process for a period of 15 months from the application deadline.

You can withdraw your application until the application deadline. If you withdraw your application after the application deadline, the educational institution will, for statistical reasons, keep your application for 15 months from the application deadline. If you wish to revoke a consent, please contact us as set out below.

You have the right to gain access to the personal data processed by the educational institution about you, with the exception of certain statutory exceptions. You also have the right to object to the collection and further processing of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, that your personal data be corrected, if necessary, or that your personal data is deleted in certain cases. In special circumstances, you can also request an overview of your personal data in a well-structured, plain and machine-readable format.

If you have applied for admission to Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium (The Royal Academy of Music), Det Kongelige Danske Musikkonservatorium (The Royal Danish Academy of Music) or Syddansk Musikkonservatorium (The Danish National Academy of Music), your personal information may be disclosed to one of the other educational institutions in connection with the coordinated admission procedure at these three institutions.
